24 HOUR ON-SITE EMERGENCY (only for registered clients)

At Polden Hills Veterinary Centre we provide our own critical life-saving 24 hour on-site emergency service at our clinic. This service is for our registered clients only.

If you are registered with another practice you must call that practice who will have their own emergency service.

Our service is provided by husband and wife team, John and Margaret (owners and veterinary surgeons) who are on-site to care for patients around the clock which allows us to provide this unique service. We are always here to answer your questions and personally see to your pet's well-being day and night. Clients have the security of knowing that no matter when an emergency occurs, your veterinary surgeons and nurses who know your pet and their history are the ones seeing to your pet's emergency.

If it is not an emergency please wait until we are open for normal business hours.
