Dr Peri graduated in 1996 as a Veterinary Surgeon in Munich, Germany. She moved to the UK in 2000 and joined the Animal Health Trust, Newmarket, in 2001 as a Scholar in Veterinary Dermatology from 2001 to 2004. Peri was awarded the RCVS Certificate in Veterinary Dermatology in 2004.
In 2005 Peri became a Clinical Associate in Veterinary Dermatology at the Veterinary School in Bristol. Additional she enrolled for the alternate route recognised ECVD residency programme and became a Diplomat of the European College of Veterinary Dermatology in 2012.
After five years in academia, Peri wanted a change and started a Veterinary Dermatology Consultancy Service in the South West of United Kingdom in 2011.
Peri is also a committee member of the European Society of Veterinary Dermatology and the course director of the GPCert Dermatology distance learning programmerun by Improve International CPD and accredited by ISVPS.
Outside of work Peri enjoys walking her Saluki cross Phoebe and exercising including running as well as Yoga, Pilates and HIIT workouts to keep fit and healthy.
